Phone Screen. Non-existent communication after. When I inquired about the status of my candidacy, I was given a very generic reply. I then asked for constructive detailed feedback. The recruiter declined stating that it was "against company policy" to let a candidate know why they were not selected. Very non-constructive interview process.
They have a system they go by- on how to conduct interviews. Its not as simple but not hard to complete. They want you to give examples and scenarios. My interviewer did not go off script.
Interviews are opportunities to highlight strengths, communicate value, and build real connection. Preparing strong examples shows confidence.
