It is a typical interview process with a recruiter screening call and then a call with the hiring manager and interviews with multiple other stakeholders. There is also a last interview onsite. They kind of just ghost you at the end.

Why do you think you will be a good fit for this position?
It lasted lesss than a month very straigh forward, very friendly. People at Medtronic have an easy going approach to things and taking with them was very smooth. From the hiring partner to the manager, always willing to answer any and all the questions that I had prepared.

I was recruited through on-campus recruiting. Medtronic came to campus once during the week, and we had a second interview on-site at Medtronic. Great process and people to work with.
