Interview
Started with an average telephone consultation with recruiter after responding to online ad. Within a week, I was then brought in for face to face interviews with hiring manager and sr hr mgr. Everyone I had interaction with was friendly and approachable. No intimidation. Unfortunately I was not selected to move to the next steps, but my experience here was a good one. Hope other opportunities within my qualifications become available.

Explain a situation where you turned a bad problem into a good result.
I was contacted via email about scheduling a phone interview and was able to choose a time from the recruiters availability on calendly. From there we had a 30 minute phone interview.
