My first round was with Mr. Sriram Raja (CTO). He gave me a clear idea about the product and tech side. The second round was with Mr. Nandu (CEO) — he’s very straightforward and encouraging. The round was a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
They mainly check how well you know the two languages mentioned in your résumé — things like classes, access identifiers, OOP concepts, difference between the languages, Big O, sorting, and basic DSA.
It was one of the best interviews I’ve had. Even though I didn’t perform great technically, they valued my attitude and way of thinking. If you pass this round, the next is a feature coding assignment, and later a discussion about your code.
I reached the coding stage but had to withdraw as I got another offer from my current company. Overall, Mediphore is a great place to learn and grow. If you have the right attitude, people here will guide and support you.
