Interview
They describe themselves as having an "unorthodox interview process". First you are in a room with a group of other interviewees, and asked a varied series of questions, from brain teasers to read world problems. Then you are called back in for a second interview, where a panel of 4-5 people come in and out for 2 hours, asking another series of varied questions to "catch you off guard". These can be technical questions, riddles, personality questions, etc.

Describe to me the difference between the different joins in SQL.
You have a two seater car, and there has been an earthquake. There is a woman in a wheel chair, and your mother, and sister. Who goes in the car to go to the hospital, and who stays behind for the ambulance?
Describe the best manager you ever had and why? (They will then take them name and number of this manager to reach out to them to see what they say about you.)

Interview
The process was thorough. Lengthy phone screen followed by a 2 hour on site interview. The interview was by 3 members of the IT team. Amongst the usual 'tell us about you' questions were some pretty tough technical questions. They were polite, professional and tough.

Write by hand a detailed example of defining and raising delegates. Was hard for me because I live in the editor. Can't do this stuff with a pencil!
