I applied for the position on the company website. I received a phone call from the Partner of the company and she scheduled a phone interview with Becky (the supervisor of the internship). I went through a phone interview with Becky and then was offered the position the following week.

Interview
I was called and asked some basic questions about my eligibility for the internships, then there was a phone interview. Then I came in for about a half hour in-person interview at their office.
