I had a couple of phone screens followed by a full day of interviewing. During the full interview day, I met with about five to seven employees. The day included a more informal lunch interview. I found out later as an employee who participated regularly in the interview process from the other side, that a robust debrief and group discussion on the candidate occurs afterwards in each case.
