Phone interview then panel interview that consisted of 5 employees. All questions were behavioral, they basically rushed through all the questions and did not seem to care about previous experience.

Online video interview due to COVID precautions. Had a preliminary interview with HR and received information about the organization, then interview with the unit manager and unit educator. Received the job offer after the interview.

Situational questions, like giving a situation where you had to make a quick decision about a patient.
Smooth process, well organized, and professional atmosphere when interviewing. I was treated respectfully and felt it was a good company to interview with. HR was very helpful in being flexible to find a time that worked with my schedule. The team that I met with was very welcoming.
