I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA)
Interview
Very relaxed and like a conversation. I interviewed with different sets of people all in the lab at different times. I believe there were a total of about roughly 3 interviews
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Fairly straight-forward and direct. No beating around the bush, expectations on what to bring to the interview (information) were given, and the hiring manager was honest with timelines on hiring and HR communication.
Initial round was a phone screen, then there was a 5-hour interview portion (I believe this used to be a panel interview pre-Covid), that was several individual interviews over zoom with 15 minute breaks in between.
It was nerve-wracking but everyone was kind and direct, and questions were straightforward.
