I applied to the Summer TRAC program through university recruiting. The first interview was with one person, and I found out after a few days that I made it to the second round of interviews. In the second round of interviews, four people interviewed me for about half an hour each. In both rounds of interviews, everyone was extremely personable and interested in telling me more about Marsh. Overall, the process of interviewing for the position was very positive, and I look forward to working at Marsh this summer.

Question 1
What do you know about Marsh, and why are you interested in working with us?
Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
