The interview process started smoothly with a recruiter call quickly followed by an hour-long in-person interview that felt more like a conversational personality check than a deep assessment. I really enjoyed the conversations and the people I met; everyone was friendly and engaging. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication. Despite following up a couple of times over the course of five weeks, I never received any of the feedback I requested and ultimately never heard back about the outcome, which was disappointing given how positive the actual conversations were.
