I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Boca Raton, FL) in Apr 2013
Interview
I submitted an application online and was called within a few days to set up an interview in person. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was interviewed by both the front desk manager and the human resources manager. I recieved an e-mail about a week later saying I had not been offered the position. I received a call about a month and half later asking if I was still interested in the position, but my plans had changed by then.
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
