Interview
Mainly it was culture fitting and occasionally competency checking. The company had a close culture with colleagues more like friends, so it was good to know that I would fit in to any of the offices should I be visiting or based there. The culture lent itself nicely to what my role became, as it showed that I would be approachable and friendly to clients.

Interview
Nothing special. Usual questions. Mostly text-book. Interviewers were aloof and did not care enough. Manager was extremely ignorant and talked about his own issues the whole time and did not show any interest in my skills / background.
