They called me in for an interview about a week later of submitting the application. There were 2 1:1 interview. First, with a team leader and the second with a team leader in which you applied for the position. They were friendly and amicable. They pride themselves on team work and dependability. They asked questions about a situation where you over achieved or showed signs of leadership.

Applied on line. Received phone call for a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Interviewer seemed to reading of a script of questions. Candidate should treat phone interview as a means to communicate your desire to work for the company.
