Madison Mallards interview questions

It was a group interview with me and two other people. The nice part was we were all going for different positions, however it was uncomfortable and awkward having to try and share the spotlight with someone when you are trying to make yourself stand out for the position.

The interview process is simple and collaborative. Generally a candidate is brought in to discuss a designated position primarily with their supervisor. Then, the candidate is greeted by all other members of the staff - 2 by 2. During the process, candidates are asked questions and are encouraged to ask questions of their own.
