Had 1 on 1 interview. Questions were short and none required a very lengthy answer.
was giving an offer and also was told a background check would be preformed.
Lengthiest part of the process was the time the background check took, which was about 3-4 days (may have taken longer since I was hired on a weekend)

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
