I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Pembroke Pines, FL) in May 2014
Interview
I went to a job fair in Miramar, and there was a HR representative from Macy's there. I spoke to her and gave her my resume, she asked me there to come in for an interview. I interviewed for a position at the cosmetics table, didn't get that position, but they wanted me to work for their company, so they found a position for me as a Sales Specialist in the Men's INC department. Actually interviewed with 4 different people for a couple different positions before getting this position.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Saginaw, MI) in Oct 2016

The Interview was really good for me. I don't get nervous so i didn't even mind having a conversation even in the middle of the Interview. My manager (interviewer) was actually really nice, sweet, funny and just a normal woman with a higher pay rate. We got to know each other pretty good for an Interview.
