Interview
Pretty easy. They asked why I wanted to work at Macy's. They also asked about past experiences I had helping people. They also asked if I had any previous experiences within the retail sector. They also asked to talk a little about me, such as what are my hobbies.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Interview
Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
