Interview
A 15-minute video interview was conducted. There were unlimited practice sessions before you proceeded to the formal one. The interview included 3 questions only: a 2-minute self-introduction that can be conducted through Cantonese or English; use 5 minutes to talk about what you can contribute to the MTR cooperation with your knowledge, skills, academic background, and past experiences as well as the expectations from the internship. There were preparation time between sessions.

Video interview, self intro, why would you apply , what you expect to learn from this programe. Possible to ask you to answer in multiple languages. Takes around 10 minutes, different department may have different stages for their summer internship position.
