I had a phone interview with an Engineer from Mitre. The phone interview lasted for thirty minutes. The interviewer was well prepared. It felt like the phone interview was well structured. The interviewer did not bring up salary requirements during the phone interview. I viewed that as a positive, because that question should be asked during later stages of the interview process. I got the impression that the interviewer was well trained on how to conduct an interview.

The interviewer asked a question about a web development technical skill. The question was difficult, because I did not have a lot of experience using that skill.

Interview
the interview was very straightforward. We discussed my background and the work that stimulated the interview, and most importantly it was very much a two way discussion. Interviewers solicited and answered my questions fully.
easy it is meeting w 2 people throughout the day mix of code & chat, some cracking the coding interview required but not necessarily. interview questions are different each time.
