Did a PLI assesssment test. A timed quiz; answer as many questions within a particular time frame = Complete 50 questions in 12mins.
The manager was very friendly and informative; she has a knack for making conversations comfortable.

when i got into the company, there was HR in the office. Now the whole HR function is fired and managed offshore from India. First I got a call from Local HR for the interview. I was already employed in another MNC. After the interview, they called me up for the job details. Salary was not good, but i needed to come to Dhaka, so I moved.

Before the actual interview, I was given an aptitude test. I had a panel interview with the manager, assistant manager & supervisor. All the questions are about past working experience. The interview were all friendly.
