Had a few online assessments which were easy. Got invited to online assessment centre which took 3 hours. 3 hours is quite long my liking for an assessment centre but it had a group exercise and then a 1 on 1 interview. Wasn’t exactly competency based. Always like, how would you do this, how would you do that. Not give me a time you did this etc
