Inital video call with the HR company who´s recruiting for them. 2nd step was a personal meeting at their office.
Time between the application and the inivitation for both interviews was okay, but after second the personal interview they postponed feedback week by week and in the end it took more than 4 weeks to receive an update.
The personal interview was horrible and disrespectful.
The interviewer was 10 minutes late, while the interview he was continuously playing around with his phone. Furthermore, he interrupted the interview two times. First for answering a call where he left the room for about 10 minutes and second to answer an email.
Never been treated with such low respect in a job interview.
