Initial screening then behavioural + technical. Got a case question about ridership numbers and activation rates. Felt like it went okay but did not pass. Interviewer was not part of Toronto team.

We noticed a decrease in activation rates. How do you go about figuring this out?
First HR call, then manager interview, finally panel interview. they have a very stable interview workflow, you must follow star method. But overall, the experience was pretty good. Everyone was really nice and helpful.
The Lyft Data Analyst interview is pretty straightforward, featuring a SQL assessment and a case study round focused on problem-solving, business insights, and clear communication of analytical reasoning. Also had a round of behavioural interview questions.
