I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Sep 2017
Interview
During the interview process I went on-site twice. Applicants introduced each other and were given a brief overview of Lyft's development over the year's and learned about it's core values. We then moved to have 3 rounds of interviews with different employees regarding our interest/experience. The following on-site visit I was given two scenarios that depicted real life situations customer experience/critical response teams have to deal with. After finishing, I had one last interview with a Lyft employee.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
