I applied online then heard back from a recruiter saying he wanted to conduct a phone interview. Trying to reach said recruiter was very difficult he did not respond to any of my emails. After doing the interview with him, he said he will inform me about the next steps and keep in contact with me. But, when I followed up and tried to contact him he never responded yet again. He literally ghosted me and I think this is very unprofessional, I get that everyone is busy but I think I am still owed an official matter to know whether I am rejected. It hurt the whole experience because Lucid is literally my DREAM COMPANY.
