Despite successfully passing the screening and technical live-coding stages, the final interview - initially framed as a final discussion on offer terms - was unexpectedly turned into an additional technical assessment without prior notice. I view this "bait and switch" tactic as a breach of professional etiquette and a lack of respect for a candidate's time. Consequently, I decided to withdraw my application, as this level of unpredictability is a major red flag regarding the company's internal culture.
