Easy and non-stressful. You sit down with a manager and talk about your previous work history and how you would meet challenges and stuff. The manager I dealt with was very friendly and easy-going.

Manager was easy to talk to. Store was clean. Effective interview but my broken hand took a toll on my hiring. Was taken in a timely manner. Had my questions asked honestly even if I got no offer.

It was an in-person interview where I met with one of the store managers. It was for a summer job so the questions were not very demanding, simply testing for if someone had work intelligence and could be reliable and quick on their feet.
