If you make it to interviews, you have done really well. For the interview just be yourself. Questions are straight forward and aren't meant to be tricky.
To get there you do a 1000 yard ocean swim and a run swim run. Top candidates move on the interviews.

sitting in a garage, in front of a panel. They ask you a series of multiple scenario questions, which measures your understanding of three concepts the entire job is based on. then you go back into a room and wait for everyone to be done with their interviews.

Interview
Swim for time against a few hundred people. Water is very cold and the distance is a 500meter swim. Then a run swim run for time competition. If you are in the top 25 you must send a background check and an interview begins. After the interview you go through training with the top 25 people who passed all previous tasks.
