Interview
The interview process was through and quick. I was contacted by a recruiting agency who had a strong relationship with Lionbridge. I had phone interview with HR, then was brought to interview for two in-person rounds. Interviewers were thoughtful, engaging, friendly, and had great questions. I was surprised by the quick turnaround and quick response rate. For a large company, they were able to turn around a decision fairly quickly.

Interview
It was a 3 part interview and was relatively simple, more conversational than direct questioning. However, I was told by the recruiter after each interview that I was a top candidate only to be ghosted after the final round. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter to “check in” after a reasonable amount of time had passed, only to receive no reply. As a recruiter and HR partner myself, this is a significant red flag and I would never recommend applying to a company that cares so little about its candidates and their time.
