      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Linde

      Interview

I applied through my university career site and had a 30 minute interview. I was asked mainly behavioral questions and asked to explain my past experience listed on my resume. The interviewer was a vice president who was very easy to talk to. I felt we actually had a conversation that flowed into each topic more so then an ask and answer type interview. Some things that were also brought up were entry level employees we mutually knew (even some who were in different areas of the company) and different side projects the interviewer had participated in. From those topics I felt a large sense of a supportive community and pride in the company.
