Interview
I had previous relationship to the leadership, as a professional academic and local business owner, so interview was fast and limited in scope. Leadership included people who were my former students at another institution.

Question 1
What experience to you have with our specific type of higher education?
Phone interview followed by a teams interview and then a 10 minute "demo" related to the field. The interview process is very thorough. The education supervisor did an excellent job.
The process started with a Video interview to start with initially then an in person interview later in the process. I met with the academic dean and I was also introduced to the campus president.
The hiring manager called me to discuss my resume and vocational history. I found it strange that the manager called without first reaching out to schedule a time. This did afford me much time to prepare for the interview. I was then invited to give a 10-15 minute presentation with faculty.

The questions focused primarily on my work experience and my experience surrounding the subjects which were included on the curriculum.
