Interview
Normal interview process; Spoke with manager who referred me to their manager as well as the owner. We set a time for a formal interview. It was rescheduled to the next week as they were very busy. The initial phone interview was thorough and gave me a history of the company and walked me through the role. I was granted an in-person interview which was again, very informative and thorough. I learned a lot about the company's direction. After this, I waited several days and was then offered the position and official start date.
