Life Secure Financial Services interview questions

I interviewed for the Sales Agent role initially. The first stage was a friendly phone call. They got to know me a bit and told me all about the opportunities. When I came in for the interview people were instantly friendly and said hello to me. I was asked a series of questions. They also gave me a booklet about the company and the different roles to have a look through and they answered all of my questions that I had as well. They basically assessed me on my communication skills and how well I could use my initiative.

The interview process was neither stressful or scary! The recruitment team are very welcoming and guided me through the process brilliantly. They reassured me that it was no issue that I had no experience or knowledge in their field of expertise, and that the in-house training would prepare me for the job role adequately.
