The interview process with Life.Church is probably the most intensive process I have experienced. If you are reading this as someone just about to go through the process, I'd actually recommend refraining from going through reviews until the end of the process. I didn't check glassdoor until my final interview, and that actually helped me as the entire process is very unorthodox.
My first interview was phone screen, and it was probably the most fun I've had in an interview. My interviewer asked very interesting question that caught me off guard many times. No youtube video could prepare me for this call, and the same can be said about the entire interview process.
There was a period of about one week between each round of interview. By the final interview, six weeks had passed, and I went through a rollercoaster of emotions. I figured, and was later confirmed, that this was all an intentional part of the interview. I loved it and hated it at the same time. I personally get very excited initiallly and regret the decisions I make later on, so having this process force me to take my time benefited me signficantly. It's as if they saw my weakness and adjusted the process to help both sides.
All in all, I had an amazing experience. Even if I wasn't offered the job, I still would've benefited from the process. Every person I interacted with from HR and the interviewers themselves were amazing and very helpful. I'm glad to be a part of the team!
