Received an e-mail to call in with HR and setup a phone interview. Thought the phone interview went well and quickly received a call to setup a face-to-face with the hiring manager a few days later. Met with two people and thought everything went well...got a chance to see the entire company (front and warehouse). After the interview, I sent a thank you e-mail to everyone I interviewed with...and did receive one reply. Then waited. Followed up 2 weeks later...still no reply and never heard from again. Knew somebody who knew someone that worked there and asked what was going on...the position was filled. At least send an e-mail or a note saying that you are no longer being considered. This is really starting to get annoying that more and more company's are doing this. Even contacted HR about another job, but never heard a reply.
