One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Interview
Started with a short telephone interview which was followed the next day by a face to face with 2 members of the store. They asked standard competency questions with a very big emphasis on flexibility and availability. Also made it clear having knowledge about the company is favourable.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
