Applied online for the position .Within a week I had an e-mail to arrange a telephone interview. This took place 4 days later. The telephone call was relaxed as long has you had done some research on the company. Was told through to the next stage and offered an interview for the next week.

It was a relaxed interview by two members of Lidl. It took 15 minutes and they asked a checklist of questions which were mainly based on experience and experiences I’ve faced in customer service.

What would I describe excellent customer service as
First there is an online assessment to be completed then if successful invite to in person interview. The interview is generally with the store manager and the area manager. However this could be a store manager and deputy store manager.

Interview
It was good and very interactive. I was interviewed by two managers and I was asked a bunch of question. Just be confidant and flow with the questions. I’d rate it a 7/10.
