Filled online application at Liberty Mutual's website. It took about a day or two for them to get back to me requesting to complete an assessment, which took about an hour or so to complete. Once I submitted the assessment, a recruiter called to schedule a telephone interview. The telephone interview was about 45 minutes long and it covered the details of the position and discussed my experience. I have a face to face interview today; will let you know how that went.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
