Applied through College Career fair in September 2017. Got a screening interview the next day. Waited about a week and a half for an email saying I got an on-campus interview. Interview was about 30-45 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions and questions regarding what projects I've worked on and my school work. Took 3 weeks for a response.

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
