Hiring and Interview process were well structured. I began the interview with a recruiter and then proceeded to meet with the nursing manager of the Emergency Department. Prior to meeting with the recruiter, I took a personality test that took about 20 minutes to complete. After my interview, I toured the department and spoke 1:1 with a current unit secretary. Overall, the interview process was fairly easy. I felt welcomed and comfortable in the hospital environment.
