Lee Industrial Contracting interview questions

the process was quick and focused, i applied online and they called me the next day to set up and interview. I interviewed at my earliest convenience, and was offered the job the next day.

Lee contacted me about this position based on my posted resume, I found their interview process to be unprofessional and inexperienced. I was clearly not the person they wanted for the position and the interviewer made that quite clear, they asked me to come out for an interview anyway perhaps just as a filler for a better candidate. The interview lasted all of 5 minutes in which the Lee manager read my resume to himself and to me asking simple question about my education as in where did you go to school and what kind of a degree did you receive, things that were already on the resume to begin with. The interview ended rather quickly with a thank you for coming and we will call you.
