Leapgen interview questions

The process started with a recruiter reaching out and asking for my availability using online tools. The interviews were setup quickly and I had auto responses in my mailbox immediately. I ended up with several interviews, each was very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my career expectations.

I was contacted by Meredith to set up an interview. We landed on a date just a few days in the future. Meredith and I spoke for about 30 minutes via Zoom. Meredith asked me about myself and how I came to apply for Leapgen. I had a lot of fun in the interview and felt very relaxed. It was just an initial interview so there weren’t any deeper, behavior-related or situation-based , questions. Ultimately, Meredith and I agreed that the Engagement Manager role isn’t a good fit for my professional goals. I really enjoyed the conversation and will apply to roles at Leapgen in the future that more closely align with my professional goals.
