I was asked 4 questions and given 30 second to prepare for each one and then 2 minutes to record my answer. I wasn't allowed to re-record any of them. The questions related to me, my motivations, investment banking and my experience.

Had to send my CV and Cover letter to the Graduate Recruitment Team. The cover letter had to answer 2 questions with 3 parts each. Received an offer for a one-way video interview the day after.

Interview
20-30 minute Zoom interview with one member of HR and one junior banker. A mixture of motivational and competency-based questions with a chance to ask questions of my own at the end. Overall a positive experience.
