I arrived expecting to meet my contact whom I completed a phone screen with. Instead I met my contact's manager for the entire duration. I was asked about my most recent work history and the interviewer spent time discussing my future aspirations and career goals. The reason I gave this a negative review is because LaSalle seemed more interested in hiring me for their clients instead of internally. I was also asked to fill out lengthy paperwork onsite and fill out an I-9 should an client opportunity arise immediately. The interviewer talked for 60% of the time and had a very fast paced, business demeanor. It was a very unusual interview which is why I was left so confused. The phone call interview did not communicate any of these future details with me. I was also told their internal hiring is very intense with 2 weeks of roundabout interviews.

I applied to a position advertised on a job board website. They call me to do a brief phone screening and scheduled an interview. Never did they told me I was going to go just to meet them and that they did not have the position they advertised, but rather they were just trying to meet their expected target of pool candidates. The person who interviewed me was pleasant but did not seem to pay much attention at what I was saying. I had to meet two recruiters and then they ask me to fill extensive paperwork
