Interview
Several interviews, lack of communication, did the interviews and it took 2 months to here back on if I got the job or not. No feedback given. I know I had over 2 years of E-commerce and marketing Management experience at the time and get along with interviewers. Over a year later and the job is still posted.
Brief screening interview about yourself, your job experience, just to see initial fit or to qualify you for the next stage of the hiring process. They must be screening a lot so it has to be really short, they ask very general questions but they must be looking for very specific things in the candidate.
Professional interview process and really nice team. Great company values and products, asked a variety of soft skill questions and long-term goals as a creative. Interviewing process had been dragging on quite a bit and accepted an offer at a different company.
