      Analyst Interview

      Mar 13, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LTCG in Mar 2020

      Interview

Had a phone screening and then met face to face for an in person meeting. I like the recruiter. When I went in for my in person, it was a panel interview when it was supposed to be with one person at a time. I can tell the work culture is cliquey due to the fact that they told me majority of people working there have been with the company for 10+ years. Which also sounds like the company isn’t open for change if they are stuck at the same place for 10+ years. The hiring manager gave me a stand off-ish vibe. I could tell that they didn’t like it when I asked them about their management style at the end of the interview. The reason why I asked that was because I used this website as a reference and I could tell that the role would be micromanaged.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Job history. I can tell the hiring manager was trying to throw you off by asking you trick questions. I found that kind of annoying because I wasn’t sure what they were trying to get out of that.
