Interview
Long process, be very patient with the process. But once the interview is conducted its about 45 mins or so. The manager that interviewed does go over any questions you may have at the end of the interview and was very helpful with constructive criticism.

Question 1
Name a time that you had to disagree with someone in the benefit of the patient
They asked me what i am going to do if i have difficulties and barriers in nursing. It was pretty straight forward and no nonsense questions. I think i was asked about 5 to 6 questions.

Couldn’t really understand the managers questions due to her primary language not being English and got mad when I asked if they could ask the questions again. Not open to hire new grads that want to pursue higher education in fear of turn around.
