Applied via Indeed and spoke to someone on the phone. Met them a few days later for an in-person interview. We met at a facility and sat down in an open area to talk. They explained more about the job, I discussed my skills and how they would translate well.

What skills would you look for in hiring a front desk employee?
Applied on indeed and had one on site in person interview with the district manager. Then had a follow up phone call interview with the regional operations manager. In person interview was about 30 Minoans phone call was less than 10.

Explain your previous experience and how it relates to the work you will be doing here ?
Did one interview then called and offered the position next day. After excepting the process wasn’t very professional. Didn’t hear from the manager for 2 weeks while he was on vacation. The manager could have told me I would be waiting two weeks to hear about a start date.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. Two interviews were required and I was asked very good questions about how I was the right fit for the job. After completing the first interview I was passed along for the second in which the same questions were asked so they could form two opinions and compare.
