Applied online got the call the next day asking if i could come in, drove down met the management, the interview was pretty straight forward mainly focusing on if i can handle the stress of sales. sent me out for an hour to see if i can collect leads and how i went about it. came back told them i liked it and then they hired me.

The interview process was great. I had two interviews, but one could have been more professional than the other. The experience is overall bad because I was promised a position as an assistant manager but I was given a different position with a much lower pay.
